Jaykaiwa Tutoring and Online Classroom integrates Google Classroom and Google Meet for its main assignment and video tutoring lessons. Depending on the user's device, the application setup may vary.
Jay会話 Online Classroom(オンラインクラスルーム）は、無料ソフトのGoogle クラスルームとGoogle Meet（グーグルハングアウトミート）を使用して、メインの課題と、ビデオ通話レッスンを行います。お持ちのパソコンやiPhoneなどのスマホにより、設定が異なる場合があります。
Advantages of online learning: Students are able to learn at their own pace, at their own time, wherever, whenever at all times. All assignments and needed materials are provided via the online classroom and students, so students can easily access them from the comfort of their home or on the go from their mobile devices. Online learning is a more cost-effective and affordable method that benefits both the parents and the students once applied correctly.

Jaykaiwa Google ClassroomとGoogle Meetのガイドライン：
- A Gmail account is necessary to take full advantage of Google Classroom.
- Google Classroomを最大限に活用するには、Gmailアカウントが必要です。
- The Google Classroom application should be installed for mobile users for better performance. However, any internet browser maybe be used.
- パフォーマンスを向上させるには、モバイルユーザー向けにGoogle Classroomをインストールする必要があります。 ただし、インターネットブラウザが使用されている可能性があります。
- PC/Mac users should access Google classroom from an internet browser.
- PC / Macユーザーは、インターネットブラウザからGoogleクラスルームにアクセスできます。
- Google Chrome is recommended for using Google Hangout Meet for doing video lessons.
- ビデオレッスンを行うためにGoogle Hangout Meetを使用するには、Google Chromeをお勧めします。
- Video tutoring lessons can either be done on Google Hangout via PC, smartphones or Tablet PC.

- All students except private students will be placed in a group class of their choice depending on he/her English skill.

- Weekly lesson assignments includes, tasks that should be completed by the end of each week according to the due dates provided by the teacher.

- Each assignment has a limit of 7 days to be completed.

- All students lessons will be posted during weekdays.

- Lessons are self paced. However assignments must be completed before the due date.

この度は、Jay会話オンラインクラスルームにご興味をお持ちいただきまして誠にありがとうございます。
Please create a google/gmail kids account using their names for example :
Name: Taro Yamada

まずはお子様の Google アカウントを作成していただきます。
13 歳（またはお住まいの国の該当する年齢）未満のお子様用の Google アカウントを作成し、ファミリー リンクを使用して管理することができます。お子様はこの Google アカウントで Google の各種サービス（検索、Chrome、Gmail など）にアクセスできます。保護者は、お子様のデジタル機器の利用に関する基本ルールを設定できます。

Googleアカウントが作成できましたら、続いてGoogle Classroomをインストールしていただきます。Jay会話オンラインクラスルームは、グーグルクラスルーム (Google Classroom)とグーグルハングアウト/ミート (Google Hangouts / meets)またはSkypeを使用してオンライン学習を行います。 Google Classroomは、無料で利用できる世界的に有名なオンライン環境です。 オンライン学習の利点は、生徒が自宅にいる間も快適に学習できることです。使用するうえで必要な要素は整っていて非常に使いやすく、パソコン、スマートフォン、タブレットからアクセスできます。

③先生からの返信があり、レッスンとレッスンガイドの指示があります。
Jay会話クラスコード：
※Google Classroomは、お子様のレベルに応じたグループで設定されます。 クラスには他の生徒さんも参加しています。生徒さん全員が気持ちよく学習できるオンライン環境をご提供したいと思っておりますので、ご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
※最初の週は、すべての生徒さんにトライアルレッスン(体験レッスン)を設定いたします。 問題が発生した場合はメールでお問い合わせください。

Once you have join the classroom please check the follow.
Stream ・ストリーム Is used to make comments in the classroom and check on the latest information posted by the teacher. Information will be posted from time to time in this section.
Classwork・授業 This tab is to be mostly used once you are in Google Classroom. You can scroll through and access all the assignments posted throughout the year. All assignments will be posted along with a weekly goal for students to follow. It is recommended to do the assignments pace by pace in number order for better practice. Students can freely comment and send messages to the teachers whenever they need help with an assignment.
People・メンバー This is the list of all students taking part in the class. Students from various locations are also a part of the classroom. It is advised that students remain polite and show positivity towards their class members.

Read all assignment instructions carefully. All assignments must be posted through Google Classroom. You can take a clear picture of the assignment and repost it through the classroom for grading. Once the grading has been completed, you'll be notified of your grade points by the teacher.

- Group lessons are done using Google Hangout Meet or Skype.
-グループレッスンは、グーグルハングアウトミート、またはSkype を使用して行われます。
- Each group lesson class will have an automatically scheduled lesson per week set by the teacher. All students in the class are allowed to join the session.
- 各クラスには、教師によって1週間ごとに自動的に設定されたレッスンがあります。 クラスのすべての生徒が参加できます。
- Each online group lesson session is approximately 40mins.

- Each student should be prepared for their group lessons at least 10mins before the lesson begins. During that time the teacher may call the students when setting up the lesson.

- If the student is having difficulty, please let me know as soon as possible.

- Within 2 minutes of each lesson, the video and audio quality may be adjusted for each student. This time won't affect the students ' reserved lesson time.

- In case of emergencies, students may leave the lesson session at any given time. However please send an email in case of such emergencies.

- If for any reason the tutoring lessons are canceled by the teacher due to any technical difficulties. The lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

- Group lesson times are not fixed so they can be changed depending on the weekly schedule.

- The teacher will send a message to confirm if the student is ready to start the video call.

Please check the Skype/Google Hangout link for the scheduled group lessons each month in the link below. Students can join the group lessons if they are available. The group lessons are not mandatory.
- Group lessons are 40 mins per lesson.
- Group lesson times are fixed for each lesson week.
- A total of 4 group lessons are scheduled per month.
- Group lessons cannot be made-up.

Please schedule a video lesson using the calendar. Each lesson is a total of 25mins. Each student is allowed to reserve 25-minute lessons from the calendar. Additional can be reserved if the student wants to take more lessons. All additional reservation lesson fees will be added to the next month's lesson fee.

- Video tutoring MUST be reserved from the Google lesson calendar provided.

- 1 lesson lasts approximately 25mins.

- JayKaiwa Basic students have a total of 4 x 25 mins lessons or 100 minutes of private tutoring lessons per month by default.
- JayKaiwa Basicの生徒は、月に合計4回、25分レッスンまたは100分の個人指導レッスンが受けられます。
- All lesson minutes will be restored at the beginning of each month.

- Private lessons can be made up via the online lesson calendar.

- Unscheduled private lessons and leftover minutes can be carried over to the following month.

- Students have 30 days from the cancelled/unscheduled lesson to do the make-up lesson. The 30-day re-scheduling period starts from the day the lesson was cancelled or rescheduled.
- キャンセルまたはスケジュール変更されたレッスンから30日以内に振替レッスンを行うことができます。この30日間の振替期間は、レッスンがキャンセルまたは再スケジュールされた日から計算されます。
- Students have up to 30 days to make up for the canceled lesson.

- Students are recommended to reserve their tutoring lessons as soon as the reservation slots are available.

- If students are not available for lessons within 5 mins of the lesson time. The lesson may be canceled. Make sure to email/contact your lesson instructor in case of emergencies. Cancelled lessons can be rescheduled.
- レッスン時間の5分前になっても、生徒さんがレッスンに参加できない状態の際は、レッスンを中止させていただく場合があります。緊急の場合は、必ずレッスン担当者にメール連絡をしてください。キャンセルされたレッスンは、再受講が可能です。
- Cancelled , additional lessons may be rescheduled once there are available slots.

- Private lessons must only be a one-on-one student and teacher interaction. However, younger students may need support from their parents or guardians.

- It is advised that students prepare for their lessons at least 10mins before the lesson starts.
